The Apache Sling Provisioning Model customization

drfits
Hello,

can someone please explain how to remove 'org.apache.sling.sample.slingshot'
artifact from sling start (project for tests -
https://github.com/drfits/sling-start-example)?

I've added remove directive (
https://github.com/drfits/sling-start-example/blob/master/src/main/provisioning/sse.txt
):

[artifacts runModes=:remove]
org.apache.sling/org.apache.sling.sample.slingshot/0.8.0

but artifact still exists within compiled jar installer under:
sling-start-example-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar\resources\install\0\org.apache.sling.sample.slingshot-0.8.0.jar

Also tried change version from 0.8.0 to 0.0.0 (because according to
documentation the version for removal does not play a role)

I don't think this is possible right now, see [1] .
